Packing Our Gear

"As we've slowly evolved in our short year of existence, it seems travelers still want the same thing. Something easy that is versatile and can help maintain exercise goals on the road."

The Mission

When we set out to create the brand, we had one thought in mind, providing easy to pack and transport fitness equipment to frequent travelers who find it tough to exercise when they are away from home. In our personal experience, there are a number of obstacles stopping someone from working out when they are traveling, but a few that come to mind include...

  • No gym access
  • No time
  • Gym is outdated
  • Equipment doesn't fit in suitcase

Wouldn't it be nice to have something that you can take anywhere, that does not occupy valuable luggage space, that is light enough to not even notice you have something extra, and that can be used for workouts that hit on every area of the body? That's where we got started.

The Evolution

As we've slowly evolved in our short year of existence, it seems travelers still want the same thing. Something easy that is versatile and can help maintain exercise goals on the road.

We now have two products that fit this mold: The Jet-Setter Band Pack and The Nomad Sliders. The Jet-Setter Bands can fulfill of multitude of workouts for all age groups, and are small and light enough to transport in your pocket. The Nomad Sliders are meant for rigorous ab workouts, offering an alternative to the basic crunches when you are in your hotel room. Both of these pieces of equipment were carefully crafted to easily fit inside your suitcase or carry-on.

For starters, neither weigh more than two pounds. If you slip the sliders or bands in your backpack next to your laptop and book on your next trip, odds are you'll notice no difference when walking through the airport. Additionally, each were meant to fit in tight spaces if need be. The sliders can be put together and lodged vertically between any folded clothes in your suitcase. The band pack can be rolled up and placed into basically any open crevice necessary.

The Future

With just two products are the market to date, there is plenty of room for growth. We are currently working on releasing two more pieces of workout gear in Q2 of 2024, and two more in Q3, all travel accessible. It is not only important for our travelers to have gear to utilize, but we also want each traveler to have options so your workouts are not limited to the minimal pieces of workout gear provided.

Looking even further, we plan to build out our training advice, giving travelers access to a full suite of custom mobile workouts that can be applied using each of our specific Idros products. As long as you're able to fulfill your workout needs on your next trip with no additional hassle, we've succeeded. Until then, we will continue to work to meet that requirement.
